The app is the control surface.
Not a companion app, and not optional. Pairing, scanning, monitoring and alerts all live here — which is why we say so before you buy rather than after.

Five things, done plainly.
- Pair and set up
- One-time device pairing, account and network setup.
- Scan a tray
- Identifies the crop and loads its growing recipe.
- See the plants
- Live camera view per level, plus a time-lapse of the cycle.
- Know when to act
- Alerts for water, harvest windows and cycle problems — and quiet otherwise.
- Keep the record
- What grew, when it was harvested, and what happened during the cycle.
A home screen that answers one question.
The first screen exists to answer "is everything fine, and is there anything I need to do?" Growth data, history and settings sit behind that, not in front of it.
We do not use streaks, scores or social feeds to drive engagement. Notifications that do not require action do not get sent.
Cameras in a kitchen deserve clear rules.
The device includes cameras that observe growing trays. What is captured, how long it is retained, who can access it and how to turn features off are stated in the app's privacy settings and policy — in plain language, not buried in a long agreement.
Camera behaviour, retention and controls are covered in the privacy policy — see the Cameras, Plant Images and Visual Data section.
