The things we cannot claim yet.
Most brands publish only what supports them. This page exists because the gaps are the more useful information — for you, and as a record we can be held to.
We have not measured nutrient retention in our own system.
Published research supports that microgreens are nutrient-dense as a category, and that storage reduces certain vitamins. Neither of those facts tells you what a LUYA-grown tray contains at the moment you cut it.
Measuring that — properly, with independent verification — is on the roadmap. Until it happens, any figure we published about LUYA-grown nutrition would be an extrapolation from someone else's crop.
We have run no studies on health outcomes.
Whether eating fresh microgreens regularly changes anything measurable in a person's health is not a question we have studied, and it is not a question a growing-appliance company can answer alone.
We do not intend to imply otherwise through wording, imagery or association.
Long-run consistency in real homes is still being established.
Internal testing happens under conditions we control. Real kitchens vary in temperature, humidity, light, water and attention. The Founder program exists precisely to find out what happens across many households over months, not to confirm what we already believe.
Multi-year hardware behaviour is unproven.
The product is pre-production. Component lifetime, service needs and long-term reliability figures will come from real deployments and testing, not from projections.
How this page changes.
Items move off this page only when there is a reviewed result to replace them with, and the result publishes with its method and limits attached. Nothing is removed quietly.
