Service
What happens after it arrives.
Buying an appliance is the start of a relationship with the company that made it. This is the framework we intend to be held to.
Delivery
Regions, timing and what arrives.
- Supported regions
- Published per region at launch, including areas we cannot serve.
- Timing
- Stated as a range from dispatch, with tracking. We will not promise dates we cannot control.
- What arrives
- Contents listed from the final packing list, plus what you must supply yourself.
- Handling
- Doorway and countertop clearance requirements published before ordering.
Cancellation & returns
Clear windows, honest exceptions.
- Cancellation
- The point up to which an order can be changed or cancelled, and how.
- Return window
- The period, the required condition, who pays return shipping, and refund timing.
- Consumables
- Seed trays are perishable goods; return eligibility differs from hardware and will be stated plainly.
- Damage in transit
- What to check on delivery and how a damaged unit is resolved.
Warranty
Cover, exclusions and repair.
- Period and cover
- Duration by region, and which components are covered.
- Exclusions
- What is not covered — stated as clearly as what is.
- Repair or replace
- How a fault is diagnosed and resolved, and expected turnaround.
- Out of warranty
- Paid repair and replacement parts availability.
Support
Help with growing, not just hardware.
Most problems with a growing appliance are not hardware faults — they are a cycle that went wrong. Support covers both: setup and device issues, and diagnosing why a tray failed.
Binding shipping, return, warranty and privacy policies publish with the shop, per region, and will be readable before any purchase is completed. The framework above describes intent, not a contract.
