Luya X-1 is pre-production. Rather than take orders against a date we cannot guarantee, we are running Founder 100 first. This page documents how buying will work when it opens.
Ordering is closed. That is the real status.
There is no cart on this site, no pre-order, and no deposit. When general availability opens, pricing, regions and delivery timing publish together — not in stages designed to build a waiting list.
In the meantime, the way to get a Luya X-1 is Founder 100.
Three categories, nothing invented.
- Device and starter kit
- Luya X-1 with the accessories and first trays needed to start growing.
- Seed trays
- Pre-seeded trays by crop — the consumable that starts each cycle.
- Supplies and replacement parts
- Confirmed maintenance items and replaceable components.
Bundle contents are published from the final packing list, not from a concept. We will not list a kit that does not exist as a real SKU.
Disclosed before you buy, not after.
A growing appliance has a running cost. Trays are consumable, and the device is not useful without them, so tray pricing will be visible before the device purchase — not discovered later.
- No subscription required
- Trays are a single purchase at launch. The core growing loop is not gated behind a membership.
- No auto-renewal
- Nothing renews silently. If subscriptions are ever introduced, they will be opt-in and separately reviewed.
- No points or tiers
- No loyalty scheme, expiring credits, or member-only capability at V1.

This site is where you work out whether Luya X-1 suits your home. The transaction itself — cart, payment, tax, order status and refunds — will be handled by a dedicated commerce platform.
